About Us — Your Trusted Local Partner in Japan

Our Story

My journey into the housing industry began in 2005.

I originally studied electrical engineering and started my career with a railway company in Japan. At the time, my primary motivation for changing careers was simple: I needed to earn more income to support my mother's medical expenses.

As I became more involved in the housing industry, I found myself reflecting on a personal tragedy from my youth. In the 1995 Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, two of my friends lost their lives. Although I did not know every detail of what happened, I was told that they were trapped beneath collapsed buildings.

That memory led me to ask an important question:

"What makes a home truly safe and secure?"

What began as a career change for financial reasons soon became a lifelong pursuit of understanding homes, buildings, and the environments in which people live.

Over the next 15 years, I worked across multiple sectors of Japan's housing industry. I spent ten years with custom home builders, gaining extensive experience with both wooden and reinforced concrete homes. I was later recruited by a major steel-frame housing company, where I further expanded my expertise in residential construction.

I also worked with an architectural design office, where I learned the importance of integrating light, space, landscape, and architecture to create comfortable living environments.

My professional journey then expanded beyond buildings themselves. I joined a surveying firm and gained valuable experience working alongside licensed surveyors in land measurement and property boundary investigations. At the same time, I worked in a judicial scrivener office, where I supported the legal and administrative processes involved in Japanese real estate transactions.

Through these experiences, I developed a comprehensive understanding of nearly every aspect of property ownership in Japan — from buildings and land to legal procedures and property management.

In 2023, following the societal changes brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, I founded En Beau lo Co., Ltd.

Today, our mission is simple:

To provide trusted local support for overseas property owners in Japan, helping them protect, maintain, and enjoy their properties with confidence — wherever they may live in the world.

Independent Support for Any Property

You do not need to have purchased your property through us.

We support properties acquired through any real estate agency in Japan.

Our mission is to help overseas property owners protect, maintain, and manage their properties with confidence — regardless of where or how the property was purchased.

Our Mission

Owning property in Japan should be a source of opportunity, enjoyment, and long-term value — not stress or uncertainty.

However, for many overseas property owners, distance creates challenges.

Language barriers, unfamiliar procedures, maintenance concerns, tax matters, and the inability to visit a property regularly can make ownership difficult.

Our mission is to bridge that gap.

We provide trusted local support and coordination for overseas homeowners and property owners throughout Japan, helping them protect and maintain their properties with confidence.

Whether you own a vacation home in Hakuba, a traditional house in Kyoto, an investment property in Osaka, or a family home inherited from relatives, we are here to be your local partner on the ground.

We believe that property ownership should never be limited by geography.

Through professional knowledge, local experience, and a trusted network of licensed specialists, we help overseas owners stay connected to their properties and make informed decisions from anywhere in the world.
