A Career Built on Understanding Property from the Ground Up
I began my career in Japan’s housing industry in 2005. Since then, I have worked across several areas of the field, including residential construction, home sales, architectural planning, land surveying and property registration.
These experiences have given me a broad perspective on Japanese property, not only the buildings themselves, but also the land, documentation and practical considerations behind them.
I founded En Beau lo in 2023 to put this experience to use in a different way: helping international clients better understand Japanese property and make informed decisions, with support from a team that understands the local market.

Why I Founded En Beau lo
Over the years, I have learned that understanding a property means looking beyond its appearance and asking price. The land, the building, the documentation and the surrounding circumstances can all make a difference.
For people living overseas, understanding these details can be particularly difficult when the language, procedures and local practices are unfamiliar.
I wanted to help bridge that gap.
En Beau lo was founded to make Japanese property easier to understand for international clients, offering practical support, clearer information and access to reliable local expertise.
A Practical, Team-Based Approach
I believe that good decisions begin with understanding the facts, asking the right questions and knowing when further investigation is needed.
Together with my team, I help clients research properties, understand relevant local information and coordinate with trusted real estate agencies and professionals when specialist assistance is required.
Our role is to help clients navigate unfamiliar ground with greater clarity—not simply to look at a property, but to understand what lies behind it.
A Personal Perspective
The Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995 had a lasting impact on my life. I lost two friends in the disaster, an experience that has stayed with me ever since.
It also shaped the way I think about buildings and the places people call home. For me, property is never just about structures or numbers; understanding the place itself matters, too.
